On the strengths, ready, go!

To the Forces, Done, Go! is a fun, cunning, magical and physical confrontation with the light and the heavy – with everything we carry and drag, drop or let fly.

Based on the question of which forces move us and which of our own forces we use to make a difference, Isabelle and Manuel explore gravity. When do we give up a power, when do we accept it? Is there a moment when you no longer know whether you are wearing or being worn?

Isabelle's dance and aikido practice as well as Manuel's circus arts set the direction: We move along the vertical axis. We explore up and down, bring things up, hang them up, bring them down again. A game with the heaviness. Is something heavy always heavy, or can it become very light – or can something light become very heavy? And what does that do to us?

With small, inconspicuous instruments, we amplify our breath and find a universal form of communication that is not tied to language, among ourselves and with the audience. What does a power sound like when you make it audible?
